New Lease Policy Is Rescinded

The Board is rescinding the new Board Lease Policy, announced three days ago, that was set to begin on January 1, 2019. We are always open to neighbor input and would like to thank the 3 owners who drew attention to a potential problem with the Policy. We thank them for friendly and helpful comments. The need for a Neighborhood Lease Policy will be revisited by the Board in 2019, after at least one new member joins the Board. Neighbor and owner comments on a possible lease policy for Davenport Rim are encouraged.
