2019 Annual Meeting Date and Location

The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Davenport Rim Condominium Association, Inc. will be held on:

Wednesday, February 27, 2019

7:00 – 9:00 pm

Riverbend Church 4214 N. Capital of Tx Hwy.

Austin, TX 78746

Directions: Riverbend Church is 1.8 miles (6 minutes via auto) from 2800 Waymaker Way.

The meeting will be held in Quad 1A, in location 6, immediately off Cedar Street

(marked as red circles on the attached maps).

There is plenty of parking as you enter the campus from Cedar Street.

All Davenport Rim owners and tenants are welcome to attend this meeting, which will feature

a review of COA financials and a summary of accomplishments and future directions by the

Board of Directors.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Board, please email Melissa Pinckard at

melissa@pioneeraustin.com. Nominations will also be taken from the floor at the meeting.

All Board nominees must be owners in good standing to be placed on the ballot.

Proxy forms have been mailed to all unit owners, to be completed and sent immediately to the

Pioneer office via fax, email, or mail.
