Neighborhood resealing details, June 10-13, 2019
NEIGHBORS - THIS IS A NEW DATE AND SOME DETAILS HAVE CHANGED SINCE THE LAST SCHEDULING. NOTE THAT RECYLING AND TRASH PICKUP WILL NO LONGER BE AFFECTED. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Please note: This is a 4-day project, and management is trying to keep neighbor inconvenience to a minimum. Our neighborhood streets have not been resealed, restriped, or repaired in almost 3 years, and the result will be a cleaner, more vibrant thoroughfare in our neighborhood.
As a reminder, here are the details:
1. Overall:
Vehicles removed before and during sealing and striping may be parked in guest parking lots within areas not scheduled for seal coating those days; on streets (other than fire lane sides) that are not scheduled for seal coating; or on Canonero Drive or Waymaker Way. There will be no ticketing or towing for parking in these areas.
No irrigation will occur during the period of June 10-13.
Do dot drive or walk on seal coated sections until 4 pm the day after sealing.
Walking access to homes that are being/have been sealed must be along the unsealed gutter areas in front of the units.
