Brick Curbing Repair, and Parking Reminder for the Holidays
Brick Curbing Repair
"If you do not have white limestone brick curbs in front of your home, you may disregard
this message. Please see Guest Parking Reminder below."
Neighbors – the new limestone bricks installed at the curb line in front of many units are not standing up to the tires of parked vehicles and must be repaired. This repair is scheduled to begin on December 9. If your unit has white limestone bricks in the front yard near the pavement, please refrain from parking in front of your unit until the repair is completed (1-2 days). Also, please ask any guests or workers in your home to park in your driveway or in guest parking during this time.
This repair includes leveling and cementing the bricks to reduce the possibility of dislodging, so the team needs room to work in front of your home.
Guest Parking Reminder
On a different topic, if you are going to have visitors over the holidays parking in Guest Parking for longer than 3 nights, please download a Visitor’s Pass Request from www.2800waymaker.com.
Have a great holiday season!
