Curbing Repair Delay, Irrigation for Winter Months, Trash Bin Reminders

Brick Curbing Repair – DELAYED UNTIL DEC. 10 DUE TO WEATHER Reminder - If your unit has white limestone bricks in the front yard near the pavement, please refrain from parking in front of your unit until the repair is completed (1-2 days). Also, please ask any guests or workers in your home to park in your driveway or in guest parking during this time. Irrigation for Winter Months Reminder - The neighborhood’s automatic irrigation system is now shut off from December thru February when the City of Austin does wastewater averaging, saving us money for the balance of the year. There will be spot watering in the common areas if necessary for new plantings and on warm weather days. Reminder on trash bins Trash bins may be placed curbside the evening before collection (Thursday, unless there are holiday slide days) and must be off the street no later than 8 pm on pick-up day (Friday).
