Spring Is The Time To Fix Up Your Front Yard!

Is your front yard looking shabby? (Dirt patches, visible tree roots, pathetic mulch?)

Front yards that are primarily rocks and stones are looking pretty good right now in the neighborhood. One way to make them “pop” is to add a few drought- and deer-resistant

plants every 4-5 feet or so. Our landscaping team* can make recommendations and even plant them for you!

Front yards with grass need to be checked for places where the grass has turned to dirt, and more sod may be needed. In places where mulch is the choice, it is a simple process to add more mulch, which is not that expensive if you do it yourself. If you want it done for you, our landscaping team* can do it at a minimal cost for mulch and labor.

Most front yards in Davenport Rim are getting ready to dazzle and look good this summer. If your yard needs work, now is the time!

Irrigation will begin again before the end of the month. Irrigation and irrigation head testing will be done beginning the week of March 9. After the tests are complete and the rains stop, we will begin the normal irrigation schedule. So plant those new flowers and bushes now!

Thanks for making Davenport Rim a more beautiful place to live!
