The Board has taken notice of certain units that have had spring cleanup and

additions: new mulch, upgraded plants, fresh outside house paint, etc. This is obviously

a benefit to maintaining and increasing the value of homes in our neighborhood. The Board

members thank those owners for their pride and effort in keeping their homes

looking attractive.

1. The minutes of the May Board meeting are here. Because of the covid-19

situation, the Board held its meeting via Zoom.

2. Here is the weekly irrigation run schedule:

Zones 1-44 run every Tuesday and Friday from 12 am – 7:30 am

Zones 45-90 run every Tuesday and Friday from 7 pm – 2:30 am

Note that while there are 70 units in the neighborhood, there are 90 irrigation zones.

Zone numbers only roughly conform to unit numbers, and some zones overlap units.

Also, common area irrigation zones (such as the inner loop greenbelt) are included.

Please be aware that irrigation sometimes runs immediately after (and sometimes during)

rainstorms, since central Texas weather is difficult to predict. Finally, we have found that our

irrigation controller moisture sensor is not functional, and we are working to get it repaired

or replaced as soon as possible. Thanks to our landscape partner Brightview for their

efforts in keeping our neighborhood plants and vegetation looking beautiful!

3. Please don’t forget to: a) maintain your garage lights (off during the day, on overnight);

b) remove trash bins from the street by 8 pm Friday night (or Saturday night during slide

weeks); and c) keep your garage doors closed when you enter or leave your home - to increase

neighborhood security (www.2800waymaker.com, “Things to Know”).
