NEIGHBORHOOD IRRIGATION REPAIR PROCEDURES

Today (August 6, 2020), Brightview irrigation inspectors visited the neighborhood to find irrigation leaks and poor water coverage. They placed multiple colored flags at places that irrigation heads need to be replaced or repaired. Please do not remove these flags.

The procedure is that after an inspection is completed, a work order is sent to management for approval, which typically happens quickly. Then an irrigation repair crew will arrive in 2-3 weeks to take care of the problem. At that time they should remove the flags, indicating the job is complete.

It is important that you contact Melissa at Pioneer to report irrigation problems in your yard, no matter how or when they occur. Sometimes inspectors do miss problems that you might not.

Please understand that if you report a problem in your yard, it may not be repaired immediately. Irrigation repair people are on immediate call only in cases of major irrigation leaks.

Routine irrigation maintenance is typically covered by homeowner dues.

Thanks for helping make Davenport Rim a safe and attractive community!
