Tree and Irrigation Update for Davenport Rim

New Tree Schedule Zones: 10, 27, 38, 45, 51, 54, 56, 63, 67, 68, 70, 72, 73, 75 Run Time: 6 minutes each Start Times: 12:00am & 1:30am Watering Days: Wednesdays and Fridays Please notice that these irrigation zones do not match the unit numbers of our homes. They are listed simply to show that most of them are along curbs of the road and that they are designed to water the new trees on a regular schedule. All other zones throughout the units and common areas will begin running sometime in March, depending on temperatures and amount of rainfall. Here is that schedule, which is the same as last year:

All Other Zones Program A Run time: 10 minutes each Start Times: 12:15am & 8:30pm Program B Run time: 10 minutes each Start Times: 1:00am & 9:00pm Watering Day: Tuesday Please note that Bartlett recently identified 9 more Lacebark Elms that died over the past year as a result of the 2021 storm and are in the process of removal (they will be finished with these in the next few days). These also will be replaced, if owners wish, at HOA expense. The Board wants to thank all owners for their patience and cooperation during this last year with the tree removal and replacement. There was more coordination with Bartlett and Yellowstone than we anticipated would be needed, and a lot of patience due to weather and supply interruptions.
