Tree Trimming in Davenport Rim Begins Today – February 15, 2022

Owners and tenants may see Bartlett Tree Experts around the neighborhood today and for the next several days, as they begin to trim (and in some cases remove) trees that are dead or need trimming because of limbs overhanging in unit front yards. This is Phase 1 of the Three-year Tree Care project approved by the HOA Board of Directors. Phase 1 only includes the front yard trees that are in the "worst shape" according to Bartlett arborists.

Please do not ask crew members to do extra work in your yard. If you have an urgent need for a tree to be trimmed or removed, please contact Paul Meisler at Pioneer. Remember, however, that Bartlett has the final say on whether a tree fits the criteria for Phase 1.
