Homeowner Associations

When you own a home in Davenport Rim you belong to both the Davenport Rim Condominium Owners Association ($365 monthly) and the Davenport Ranch Master Association ($420 annually.)

Parking

On-street parking is not permitted between 2:00 am and 6:00 am. Red lines along curbs designate areas where parking is never permitted to ensure access for emergency vehicles.

Exterior Modifications

Replacement of any existing element on your home's exterior must be submitted for approval by the Board before work begins. This applies to roofs, windows, doors, railings, fences, and light fixtures.

Residential Landscaping

Owners are responsible for planting grass and shrubbery in the areas surrounding their homes. Lawn maintenance, shrubbery trimming, and street-tree maintenance is handled by the association.

Curbside Collection

The City of Austin picks up trash and composting every Friday; recyclables are picked up every other Friday. Bins may be placed curbside from the evening before collection through 8 pm the day of pickup.

Exterior Painting

Twelve paint palettes are available for repainting the exterior of Davenport Rim homes. Your selection must be submitted to the Board for approval prior to work commencing.

Driveway Lighting

The carriage lights that flank each home’s garage door are controlled by automatic day/night sensors located at each residence. Those fixtures provide our only street lighting. It is each resident’s responsibility to replace burned out bulbs promptly, and to service the day/night sensor if it is not operating properly.

Pets

Only animals considered to be domestic household pets may be kept on the premises. Each unit is limited to a total of 3 cats and/or dogs. Dogs must be leashed at all times when on the streets or common areas. Animals that make an unreasonable amount of noise may be reported to Pioneer and their owners will be noticed with a warning and potential fine.

Rentals & Leasing

Owners may lease their homes, as long as such leases are for a minimum of 6 months. Copies of leases and tenant contact information must be provided to the association management company.Short-term rentals through organizations such as VRBO or Airbnb are expressly forbidden.

Yard Signs

One 24x24 sign may be posted in the front yard of a home at any given time. If you are leasing or selling your home, advise your Realtor that they may not post a sign other than in the approved format. Signs may be ordered from Fast Signs next to Randall’s on Ben White Blvd. 512-445-4694. Open house signs may be posted only during open house hours.
